Our Pitmaster is a 6th generation Floridian. She specializes in Florida style BBQ. Meats (pork, beef and chicken) smoked slow over pecan, citrus or cherry wood.
Biscuits, desserts and pastries are made from scratch. Sides are created from fresh, local ingredients. Marinades and sauces are made with local citrus and fruits. Some of the citrus and fruits come from trees on our property. Florida soul food.
Occasionally we offer specials such as Biscuits & Gravy or Pot Pies.
